Zerorez did a fabulous job cleaning our upholstered living room and family room furniture. I felt the price was acceptable as well. We came home to a light citrus fragrance after the cleaning was complete and the furniture looked great.
Marino was our technician, he was on time, a real pro, and did a great job. I'll request him to perform the additional services we'll need after our contractors are done.

I cold-called your office to inquire about availability and pricing because we are in the process of selling our home. Molly was engaging, informed and super helpful. I didn't need to look into any other company because I was already being cared for in an outstanding way. Universally, customer service is terrible anymore, but not with Molly! Additionally, Michael came to our home and there could not have been a nicer or kinder cleaner. He handled my yippy dog with grace and took the time to explain what needed to be done, how long it would take, and he bent over backwards accommodating our cleaning needs. Our carpets look clean and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you!
