More recently in March 2026, Adam did my stairs and 2nd floor carpet. No pressure to "up sale" and add services - if you're not interested, just say 'no, thank you' and they move on. Adam was
friendly as well, thorough, but fast. A really nice young man.

Daniel was our technician. He was fantastic. This was probably our best ever experience we have ever had with Zerorez. We had requested Adam but he was unavailable so the scheduler sent Daniel who had actually trained Adam. Both young men have earned our respect.
