Our service provider was so very polite and such a hard worker. He got down on his hands and knees to see if he could smell where the cat had been marking. We decided to focus on the cat stains and not do the bedrooms, but he still cleaned a few feet into each room through the doorways. I couldn’t be happier with zero rez service. I love how clean my house feels now. It is refreshing to come home and to have people over.

Daniel did the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen from Zerorez! He removed some stains that were old, old, and that other Zerorez employees could not.

Daniel was very professional and personable. I will always ask for him. And, he should be a trainer of the others/supervisor.
