I was very impressed by Zerorez. By far the Zerorez system has been more effective in cleaning my carpet than any other methods or cleaning companies I have tried. The technician who came to my house (Jared) was very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He took his time and really worked on the problem areas in my carpet, including spots from a dog and two small children and ground in dirt in high traffic areas. I feel like I can enjoy spending time in my family room again!

Carpet came very clean. The gentleman, Jim who did the cleaning was very polite and professional. The type of man you feel very comfortable having in your home doing work. He was very helpful, moving 2 chairs for me. He picked them up like they were nothing.

First and formost, it was pet safe. The actual service was far better than I had expected. The technician explained everything that we was going to do and what to expect. Ultimately, the results were excellent. I have a large Dog, over 80 Pounds that lays right in frong of the couch in our family room. He leaves a lot of OIL stains from his coat. I really wish I had taken before and after pictures. I don't think I can describe the results to do it justice. The carpet is well over ten years old and when he was done, no stains. It looked excellent. I was wanting to give you some feedback but didn't know quite the best way. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to say great product, great technician and great job. Your customer service was excellent and my carpet looks wonderful after cleaning! The carpet was new and I was not eager to have it cleaned and lose the scotch guarding that comes with new carpet. I was assured this would not happen with Zerorez and my carpets would be left clean and fluffy with no leftover soap residue to attract dirt, which is the case. The fact that no harmful chemicals are used is definitely a reason why I chose Zerorez. The staff are very friendly and answer any questions with knowledge and honesty. I have a large house with three dogs. They were very honest in saying that one of my carpets was too bad (dog urine) for a carpet cleaning. I will continue to call Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs!

We had a problem with dog urine and keep noticing the smell even after the technician was done and ready to leave. He stayed and keep working on the area until we felt like the problem was taken care of.

We arranged to have this done while we were out of town on vacation. What a surprise to come home to! The results were spectacular. Our carpet should have been torn up and thrown out. It looks almost like new. We had some pet stains--I spoke to your worker from Mt. Rushmore, and told him I left a check for an additional gallon of treatment, but that check was left behind. The carpet dried within just a few hours. Because the Zerorez process doesn't use soap, the carpet is not only exceptionally clean, but it's not sticky with soap residue.

I received a call from the technician that he was on his way @ 8:15AM as I had just walked in the door and he arrived promptly at 8:30 and did a great job. Not only the carpets, but the tile in the kitchen and two bathrooms were cleaned. It all looks great and was well worth it.
