Professional, quick, cost was good

I knew my carpet was a true test for carpet cleaners. I hadn't professionally cleaned the downstairs carpet since having our basement waterproofed so water stains were still present. Also our dogs developed a bad habit that left numerous spots in the family room. Zerorez surpassed my expectations. After drying only 1 spot came back that I hoped would be gone but all the rest of the carpet is terrific. I'm going to be able to postpone carpet replacement now since Zerorez came to the rescue.

The man arrived on time, and was very courteous. He explained about the treatment and asked about the possibility of pet stains. He used his special light and found a couple of small stains, but it wouldn't affect the cleaning. He did all three rooms, in about 50 minutes, was very careful and thorough , and the carpet looks great. Great job.

They are upfront about their pricing. They explained the whole procedure before they start. They did not push us to buy extra services.

The service was outstanding. The technician was friendly adn very pleasant. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. The next time I have my carpet clean I will go with Zerorez. However, that is only if I can have the same service Technician (Thomas Mock).

The cleaning product for the carpet is NOT SOAP! It is natural! It cleans very well. The grout cleaned up fantastically!

We like the concept behind the company and their method--of cleaning carpets without leaving soap and dirt residue behind to attract new dirt. Our service person was very personable and friendly.

Price was very reasonable (with a promotional special), especially since our home is over 50 miles from the place of business. Even the minimum charge seemed reasonable for the quality of the work.

It didn't take the carpet very long to dry. I am curious though to see if any of the stains come back within 6 months, because they usually do, when we have used the rug doctor.
