Although I've been quite happy with the services for carpet cleaning, this time I did NOT detect a lemon or citrus scent as last time. That was the only thing I was disappointed about. I didn't care for whatever I did smell but it wasn't overbearing (I cant put my finger on describing it). Thanks.

Fast, friendly and efficient. The guys were very accommodating and got the cleaning done in a prompt and efficient manner. And they made this old carpet look almost new again (sorry it's too old and was way too dirty to ever truly look new again but it was a huge improvement).

The actual cleaning was far beyond expectations given the condition of two of our bedroom carpets. We were thinking of replacing both, but decided to see what would happen with Zerorez. The results were amazing and replacement can easily be put off until a later date. We were also very impressed with the professionalism of the technician, Andrew. He was a pleasure to deal with and provided us with both his opinions and accurate information. We will be using Zerorez exclusively in the future.--Jay Hammond.
