Please be better about working with the customer to set up the time of cleaning. I had to cancel plans because they told me I could only have them come between 11 and 1 pm. It would have been much better if I could have gotten the carpets cleaned in the afternoon. The cleaning job is excellent and the carpet looks great but not being able to pick the morning or afternoon slot is a big inconvenience.

The service was good and the gentleman was very professional in his duties. The carpets and chair look much better. Time will tell about the products--in other words it is too soon to see how fast they get dirty again.
