The technician went above and beyond cleaning my carpets. What was supposed to be a 1 hour-ish job turned into an all-day fiasco due to him taking pride in his work and wanting to help me accomplish my clean carpet goals. He didn't stop for breaks even when I told him he could. I will definitely be using this company again!
