On time. Professional and friendly. His name was Angel. Thorough and great at explaining the cleaning process. Very attentive to all my problem areas. My professional cleaner made sure I approved of the how the trouble spots came out. He was very careful to cover all woodwork so the hoses didn't touch anything but the floor. He knew what he was doing and I was very impressed with him as a professional cleaner as well as an extraordinary friendly person!!

The job went well. The personable crew looked over the job and made a couple of good suggestions, then explained how they would do it and the time frame it would take. I had some questions and they answered them to my satisfaction. The equipment was impressive and I was very pleased with the result!

For a general cleaning, our carpets look great. We do have some spots that would require additional work, but I didn’t plan on those stains coming out.
