We had Zerorez come clean at the home we are selling. Since we already had Adam clean our carpets at the home we just purchased, we asked for him to be our service person again. As we expected, Adam notified us within the prescheduled time frame and was courteous, friendly and efficient as he was on the first visit. My cousin will be moving soon and I have recommended Zerorez and also to request Adam. If we ever need anything cleaned in the future we know who to call!

!) Arrived on time. Professional. Well mannered. Went right to work and double checked to made sure we liked the progress.

2) The estimate included $70.00 for standard bedroom, and $69 for fiber protection in that room. Neither of these services were provided. We declined because it was too late in the evening and we needed to go to bed. Yet, we were charged the full $454.74. I'm sure an innocent error.
