the clean and customer service

Robbie worked miracles on my carpets. I really didn’t expect that they could return to looking like nearly new but they look fantastic. Of course, less than 24 hours later, my cat vomited on it. I’d bought the Zerorez spot cleaner and followed the instructions Robbie gave me. You can’t tell where it was so the cleaner was well worth it. I highly recommend the company. They were able to schedule me quickly, service was great, Robbie was fast, thorough, and friendly.

We rent, so our carpets are not new or amazing quality to begin. There are 2 adults and 3 pets (2 cats, 1 small dog) in our home. We noticed our carpets starting to get matted, we couldn't get all the hair with our regular vacuum, and there was a small smell we would notice after vacuuming.
We just vacuumed for the first time after getting our carpets cleaned and there was no smell, the carpet is noticeably fluffier, and the amount of hair/dirt in the vacuum canister was MUCH less than before. Gross. I am happy we got our carpets cleaned. The dirt and hair are not always noticeable to us, not just in plain site, but its there..
