The carpets look great, dried quickly, and there was no odor. I think it would benefit the business to provide written instructions. No stains remain. We did ask for extra care in a couple spots and they look like new. Thank you Auggie!

Was hoping to do the pet treatment for 2-3 rooms big was told I had to do it for all the rooms, which would have cost almost $800. Happy about the response time but disappointed I couldn’t add on the pet treatment per room.

I have used Zerorez for years because of them meeting my expectations on cleanliness of the carpet upon completion, professionalism of the service person, efficiency of scheduling as well as at day of service, concern for my satisfaction.

I like that no chemicals are used to clean the carpet and it always looks great and never feels sticky after it dries
