My carpets look and feel great

This is the 4th time I have had Zerorez clean my carpet so I am a repeat customer. I like that it's safe for my pets (& me) and it's because I have pets....I need Zerorez. My pets are naughty sometimes but I love them.

Service has always been professional and I like the fact there's no residue following a cleaning.

You guys were excellent. You came to our rescue right away when I called and Robby was professional and worked very hard to get out stain out. It didnt completely come out but he explained why and all he did to try to get it out so that was extremely helpful.

I live in a camper and had a sick dog for a long time.
It’s unbelievable how much better my carpets look and smell! Or actually don’t smell like anything at all!!!
There are a few stains that didn’t come out and I’m not surprised by that, but overall.
