Zerorez did a wonderful job on cleaning our carpet in two rooms and hallway. The tech person John had worked for the company for about a year. John was very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning and helpful in moving our heavy furniture. John took time to explain Zerorez product. I couldn't believe the difference in carpet after the cleaning. Amezing, very very pleased and will have zerorez come again when needed. The cost was very reasonable also.
We like the use of the camera so we can see the before and after. The technician was very thorough and explained what he did. He took great care coming in and out of house and cleaned up afterwards. He represents Zerorez In a very positive way.
