Zerorez cleaned my ducts. I had not had this done before, Murino was very nice and explained every step and what to expect. I asked for pictures because I was really curious how the vents looked...and I knew it would give me a sense of satisfaction. He tried to take pictures along the way and text them to me when he was done. Nice guy, stayed focused, and got the job done timely. I would recommend.
