Wow! Where to start! This was our first time using zerorez and it was amazing. 2 big dogs and 2 teenage boys...our carpets were bad. We got the 2nd level treatment and couldn't have been more impressed. Out technician was so personable and took his time to ensure every spot looked great. He walked us through each step. I couldn't believe how much gunk came out of the carpet. Our carpet looks almost new!! I am very impressed with the service they provided as well as the technician who stayed past 7 on a Friday night to ensure our carpet looked amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Angel was very professional, took his time. And explained to us exactly what he was going to do. Carpet looks great, had fans on overnight & was completely dry the next day.

We had both our vents and carpet cleaned. We had never used Zerorez before but were referred by a friend. The process was explained to us before the cleaning started and all of our questions answered. Morino was very knowledgeable, professional and has great customer service skills. Our house feels so much cleaner now, and we can definitely tell that the amount of dust is substantially less. When the sun is shining through our front window, we no longer see all of the dust particles floating around like we did. Very happy with our services and have told several people about our positive experience. Thank you!
