This is a first in using this company...my first impression on phone with receptionist Jessica...vert impressed with explanations, kindness, interest in meeting my needs.
The gentleman doing cleaning, very approachable, explained everything very well, reviewed policy, guidelines in performing services, cleaning solutions, amount of time for the job, care of carpet and stated several times if there was s spot that did not seem to lift to call and there would be a return visit.

excellent technician, took great care

1.) Zerorez was virtually waterless; I walked on it in less than 10 minutes.
2.) There is no odor.
3.) It took less than 2 hours for my mid-sized house.
4.) This is the 3rd time for Zerorez and Daniel has been the technician twice. He has been professional, polite, yet personable, and always on-time, having called beforehand to indicate his time of arrival.
5.) I will definitely use Zerorez again.

the service was great and he gave us great information . he was very professional his work ethics was solid step by step perfection. I am very satisfied with work he did.

I had most of the carpets in my house cleaned. They are all 8 years old, and other than just a few places that have heavy use, they look almost new. I also had 2 stairwells cleaned and even the very heavy traffic in the center looks great.
My service person was Jalen and he did a fabulous job with the cleaning. He used corner guards to protect my walls from possible damage.
After waiting a few days to vacuum, I got that done and the carpet feels much softer and bouncy.
I will use them again, and will not wait as long for the next cleaning.

Even though your firm has cleaned for us before, this time was heads and shoulders above all others. I don't know if you upgraded your cleaning equipment but the result was spectacular. The rep was very professional, wanting to be sure that we understood what steps he was taking and how we should treat our carpeting for the next few days to assure the results we wanted. This young man amazed us! Our carpet never looked that good! We were wowed to say the least. We would like to know his name. We don't want anyone else but him next time.
