Alex did a great job. My carpet looks really beautiful and clean.

Used your services twice before this and was pleased both times. Robbie was the specialist this time around and he was great from beginning to end. He explained each step to me, gave me the pricing and set expectations up front. Then he proceeded to bring my carpet back to life. I've got three dogs -- one of them almost 80 pounds of puppy. The carpet has taken a beating this year. But after the treatment, it looks fantastic. I am soooooo pleased -- and even surprised. Didn't expect it to bounce back so well.

I felt like Alex had a genuine interest in what we hoped to accomplish while he was there. He
asked questions and got right to work. Everything looked great when he left and we had one
very hard spot to clean and when he finished it looked great. Then he explained to us all
about how to remove spots and how not to remove spots, then he provided a bottle of the
special spot remover Zerorez uses.

I liked the professionalism and knowledge of the person taking my initial call ( heather) she answered all my questions and put me at ease that I had made the right choice , I received a text after the appt was made stating the rules of safety that would be followed by the staff coming to my home. Again I received text messages with times keeping me up to date so I could plan MY day around their coming. The technician called as they were on the way, he was professional and friendly, also knowledgeable, came on time, finished the work taking the time to explain how my rugs turned out the way they did, he cleaned up his equipment , took my payment and left
