He took time to respond to our questions, since this was our first experience with the company, and provided us meaningful information regarding the cleaning process. The equipment was quite sophisticated and J.T. explained its use. Upon completion of the rug cleaning (spilled wine), J.T. provided specific details to insure the rug was cared for properly. The entire process was done professionally and successfully!

Zerorez did a fantastic job with my carpets. Very friendly, efficient, experienced and did a great job on our carpet. Jacob did a thorough job and a very honest professional. I wish more people in the world were like Jacob. Very happy with the results but wish they would offer special package deals or add on at the time of service. We found it was cheaper for us to have zerorez come back and do another 3 room package. It would have been more efficient for all if they would have offered the deal when they were here already.

Robbie was awesome!! Super friendly and courteous. Got paint out of the carpet and it looks great! I couldn’t be at the house during the service so he handled everything for me by phone, even sending a link for payment. It was not expensive either, in fact, the cleaning saved us $4,000 that we would have paid for new carpet. Thank you Robbie and Zerorez!

John was very upbeat and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and got right to work. We had the carpets cleaned in a house we will be moving into. There were several stains in the carpet that were totally removed and the carpet was an entire shade lighter when he left. Very impressed.
