He was thorough explaining the service and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our new basement. The carpet looks new and it's over 20 years old. and the room smells fresh! Loved the results - removed 100% of the stains from our sectional. It looks brand new again. I was doubtful the stains could be removed as they’d been in the fabric many years. Very satisfied with the results.

I had a fantastic experience with Zerorez Des Moines. The scheduling process online was simple. I received a confirmation text a few days prior, and then a call from the team the day of the cleaning. Angel arrived on time, and did a wonderful job explaining the process and answering my many questions. He was clearly knowledgeable about every detail pertaining to carpet and upholstery cleaning. Not only was Angel a professional and an expert, he was also exceptionally kind and genuinely helpful and reassuring. I watched him work in passing and it was astounding how thorough he was.
