Quick, easy and rep did a great job

I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone for the time that met my schedule. The representative, Jenny, was responsive, personal and professional as she detailed the areas and treatments I wanted to have performed.
Auggie was on time for the appointment, went over all areas to be completed prior to starting, gave me his opinion on areas and then started the cleaning process. Once completed Auggie went over drying time and other items of note. Once the carpet was dried There were no issues with what had been completed.

I cannot say enough good things about Zerorez.

They recently cleaned all of my elderly grandmother’s carpet, and the situation was… genuinely challenging. Due to mobility issues, her dog had been using parts of the carpet as a bathroom, and the condition of the carpet was far beyond a routine cleaning.

Not only did the technician work with me, but he stayed and put in the time and effort needed to truly do the job right. There was no rushing, no judgment, just professionalism, kindness, and an incredible work ethic. The results were honestly astonishing. The carpet looks and smells clean again in a way I wasn’t sure was even possible.
