I've now had Zero Rez clean all our carpets, clean all our upholstered LR and FR furniture, clean our ducts, and dryer vent as well. All of this work was performed in two different appointments by the same technician (Marino}, and the service and quality of work was excellent. Always on-time and professional; and there were absolutely no surprises when I received the invoices. I believe I spoke with Molly in the office and she was very good at coordinating our desired services and providing an accurate estimate on costs. We'll continue to use Zero Rez.

The serviceman was amazing and did a wonderful job, however when he tried to send invoice for payment to me on phone it was not working properly and i had to make other arrangements to get you payment prior to him starting work. He tried unsuccessfully to reach the office for instructions.

His work was superb but it was a hassle with your program for payment!

Very easy to set up time on line to clean. Good communication. They came on time and gave a heads up of 30 minutes. The Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. My carpet looks great and smells good. The price was reasonable so I will use them again.
