I received a call about 20 Minutes before they came. The floor dried cleanly, no residue as promised. Technician was very polite and listened very well. Very positive attitude.
No chemicals that could upset pets, and Lou West did a outstanding job considering he was also training a new person who just observed him doing all the work. Lou also gave me a better price for cleaning the tile versus the first guy who came out last April because he measured the exact area to be cleaned, and did it if half the estimated time. I will be asking for Lou to come out in the future because he was very professional and likable.
