Last year we had our carpet cleaned by another company and we have to tell you that the difference is astronomical.Your rep was so much friendlier and he did a very thorough job in getting out the stains that were seriously bad. After he finished, all the fibers were standing tall and clean---it looked like the carpet was new again. Good job all around. The only down side is the cost was heavy so that we will not be able to use your service as often as I would like, but rest assured that when we can get up the money, we will use your service from now on.

The man who came in was super professional, explained every service he was going to do (or could do) and did an absolutely amazing job. He called before because the scheduler wrote my address down wrong, came promptly when scheduled and was meticulous about getting the carpets cleaned. No residue. Carpets feel good to walk or sit on and look a lot better. Zach did a thorough job; he was friendly and easy to work with. Also, he was kind to my small dog who is very curious about new people.
