I was disappointed in the outcome of the pet spot cleaning. I paid an extra $100 for odor elimination. I understand that it was not the top service but several of the spots still had smell on the surface. I purchased a pet spot eliminator enzyme and cleaned those spots today on my own. Overall, still satisfied.
