Derek did a fantastic job walking the rooms with me, prepping for spots and protecting the corners from the hoses. The stairs were most worrisome and they turned out beautifully! Derek did a great job on the pet odors as well! The carpet looks fantastic and the dry time was as expected--within about 8 hours for the rooms without ceiling fans, quicker for those with the fans! I like the fact you clean and reseal tile. I am excited about getting this done. Jeremy gave us a quote for this. I want to get air ducts cleaned after that. Then it will be time to have the carpets cleaned again. I will always ask for Jeremy He is a great person. He is efficient and hard working.
