First of all your company is very responsive when there is a critical need. The carpets and rugs always look beautiful. Don always does an excellent job and has helpful ideas! I only use Zerorez and have referred the company to other family members.

AJ called and was a couple hours early, which worked out perfectly. Very friendly and professional. Explained the possibilities and still was able to exceed my expectations. My living room carpet looks and smells great. All the stains, including the pet stains are out. And so far, the family and I don’t smell that lingering pet smell like we were expecting. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
