Elijah was very thorough, polite and communicative. He explained the process, the delay due to a malfunction with his van, and very pleasant. My old carpets look great, and we could walk on them immediately without getting our feet wet.

I had two rooms cleaned and stairs. The carpets were super high traffic areas that were matted and dirty. The technicians weresuper friendly and took extra time and special care to get my carpets looking and smelling clean. There was no crunchy residue left behind either!

Zerorez does the best rug cleaning of any I have tried over the past 15 years. I am very pleased with their results and this is the second year I have tried them.. The representatives are very courteous and do a good job. They also are great about taking care of things in the house.
