I was very impressed with Zach who did my carpets yesterday. Very thorough, very polite. Thinking to put a powerful fan in my master bedroom was great and it was practically all dry by bedtime. He did a very good job on all the carpet.

The brushing machine you used to raise the carpet nap before cleaning really did the trick---
best the carpets have ever looked! Also, the low toxicity, water based, granite counter top cleaner and sealer allowed me to stay home as I am sensitive to petrochemicals.

The staff worked with me to get my carpets cleaned on a tight timeline. The technician took a lot of pride in his work.

Service was on time and well done. And the guys are very knowledgeable about what works.

I like that my carpet has nothing added and the stains don't reappear - which happened with my old service. Very sensitive to scents - nice to have the option of nothing added.

And you even got out some nasty pet odors during a previous visit - something no one else could ever come close to...
