I am glad to have this chance to say he was the epitome of professional as well as doing a careful,wonderful job cleaning our kind of old and light colored carpet that came with the house :-)

#1 - I like that whatever you clean is spotlessly clean when you leave. I have used your carpet cleaning services and also your tile cleaning services and both are excellent. I brag the most about your carpet cleaning because the spots you remove don't "magically" reappear two weeks after you've left the house.
#2 - Your techs are polite, careful to do a great job and always keep me well informed about when they will be arriving. This is a bonus!

I asked for the earliest appointment available, and Zerorez was able to for me in two days later. The technician was promp and friendly, he didn't even try to upsell me on things I didn't need. That evening my husband and I were laying in front of our fireplace, with the dog, and the carpet looked, smelled, and felt great. No crunchy residue, or chemical oders.

Good and thorough cleaning.

I like the act there isn't a soap residue left in the carpet. The service associates always show up on time or earlier than expected and offer to help or move furniture if needed. The urine odor has and did not return.

Did a great job removing stains better than other carpet cleaners I have used. 15 yr old carpets look new.

Service techs are always very friendly and our carpet always looks brand new when cleaned.
