I appreciate that Zerorez offers a chemical-free, high quality cleaning service for carpet and area rug. The staff is very friendly, professional, and well-informed. They communicate the arrival time and do the job efficiently. Excellent service all around.

Staff listened to me, were polite and pleasant to work with. My technician Johnny got right to work and completed in a timely fashion. Johnny recommded scotch guard in hi use areas and after hearing his explanation use I chose to go with it. Also it has been days since cleaning and the carpet is clean, the touch to the hand is soft and clean not crunchy and sticky.

Your staff are on time, explain what they are going to do, give a reasonable estimate, and get right to work. My carpets and furniture are clean without chemicals and the protective film works well and protects the carpets from pet spit up and drooling.

I had to reschedule twice because of conflicts on my end and the customer service was always amazing. The ZeroRez professional who cleaned our carpet was very nice, thorough, and explained everything nicely. Our carpets look amazing! (Which says a lot after 4 years, two cats, one dog, and a child.) We will definitely recommend & use ZeroRez again in the future.
