So if you are partnering with them and I trust their values, Is why I trusted you in my home. Secondly, your tech Ben was polite in calling stating he was available earlier if I was. I stated I was not available but I could be home earlier than the appointment time. He called back later and stated his schedule allowed him to show up early, he was courteous and explained the company and the service as well as ensuring he covered my concerns before and after service. I will be referring you to friends and neighbors as well as be a repeat customer.

First and foremost Juan the technician was great. He walked through the house with us and explained what he was going to do. At the last min we asked if he would clean our dining room chairs and he cleaned one to show us what it would look like. Needless to say our carpets look fantastic and we couldn’t be happier.

This is about our 5th time in 5 years and they always do a great job. We love the professional way in which they are and the specials once a year are great! Expensive but worth every penny!
