I really liked my technician. Can't remember his name now, but he did a great job! He got out a red wine stain which I didn't think was ever going to come up. My carpet looked fabulous!

The guy that came to our house was very friendly and was done in no time. Carpets look great, even though they're older. I would use Zerorez again! Very pleasant experience. Our price went up more than originally quoted because of excessive pet stains from my daughter's dog. Worth every penny!

Jake was our technician and we had a great experience! He was on time, called 30 minutes in advance, was super quick and thorough- and sweet to our pup! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Carpets look and smell great!
