The technician that provided our service was VERY skilled, professional, courteous, efficient and expedient! We would use Zerorez again in a New York second ……...if we were staying in Colorado.

I had a few spots from the animals I had cleaned, but there was still a residual spot left. I figured I would try a professional and see if they could do any better. I’ve heard Zerorez on the radio a lot so I gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. They came, treated the few spots I was concerned about and cleaned the areas I wanted them to clean. They got all the areas cleaned and the spots pulled up as well. I was actually surprised how much the rest of the carpet needed to be cleaned. I’m very pleased with the results of the visit and am considering just doing it annually to keep the carpet looking fresh.

They products do an incredible job of cleaning the carpet and leave no residue! The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and do an excellent job. They are very detailed!
