Very fast response when making appointment. Good and friendly service.

The cleaning service was excellent. I was very happy with the cleaning results, the carpet came out much lighter and now looks a lot newer after the cleaning. I highly recommend having the tile, grouting and linoleum cleaning service done, as well as the carpet cleaning. My linoleum floors look like new after the cleaning. My cleaner (Alex M.), was excellent and took extra time on getting a couple of stains out of my carpet. Kevin O.

I really liked my tech, and he was super helpful. The only thing that I would say is that it seemed strange to me that they did not move the couches. In the past when I have had the carpets cleaned, they have moved the couches and put them back on small pieces of plastic paper.

Evan was professional, thorough and efficient. He spot treated our areas of pet concerns and didn't completely saturate the carpets. Our house was truly dry in 12 hours.

When I called they were able to get me done the very next day. They explained the process they used and why it dries faster then other companies procedures. Gave me estimates of future services. Carpet looks very very good.

Staff were extremely professional and did a great job explaining the types of services offered for removing stains from the carpet. The carpets looked great after cleaning them and dried the same day.
I also had tile cleaned that had residual grout on them. Came out great. I will use Zerorez for my future cleaning.

If I could make one suggestion don’t email me asking about the size of my carpet space the afternoon before my cleaning.

Great result , quick drying, little or no residue

The service tech was prompt, quick and highly communicative in regards to what they could do, what to expect and if I needed additional treatments to deal with pet stains he talked me through what that looks like. I mean talk about customer service! The guy did a great job and I’ll be a regular customer!
