Cody Wimberly ROCKED!!! He always brings his A game when he shows up. The carpet is 10 years old, but looks like its only a year old. You need your carpet cleaned, ask for ZEROREZ then ask for Cody!!!
Technicians have always been professional and friendly. Recently had an issue with a stain that appeared after carpet was cleaned. A technician was sent back out to re-service. It is unknown what the stain is or what caused it. However, after treating, it became lighter, however with the treatment, the area of the discoloration has become larger than it was. Now it looks like it has been spread out.

I liked the results. They look beautiful. I do have two concerns. One is that there is a stain that did not come out on the steps. The other thing is I was told by your technician that he would move the couches and chairs as was indicated by your website. I was told he only moved some of the couches and chairs. I don’t know if I believe him that he moved any furniture

So if you are partnering with them and I trust their values, Is why I trusted you in my home. Secondly, your tech Ben was polite in calling stating he was available earlier if I was. I stated I was not available but I could be home earlier than the appointment time. He called back later and stated his schedule allowed him to show up early, he was courteous and explained the company and the service as well as ensuring he covered my concerns before and after service.
