Very pleased with carpet cleaning, however, upholstery cleaning...not so much. It is possible the soiled areas on upholstery (body oils from humans & pets) cannot be removed. The technician did not make any promises, therefore, I will assume upholstery cleaning to be a specialty most effectively done by another company.

Excellent job as usual -
Technicians called and arrived early. Had to have carpet cleaned due to dog diarrhea - special spray recommended did an excellent job. Very nice young men. Will have Zerorez back to do the Family room as soon as I am sure my dog is over her problem. Have had Zerorez previously and would not call anyone else.

Phil was amazing!! He called to say he could come earlier, which was wonderful for us. He was friendly, respectful, very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and met every one. Our carpets are over 20 years old. They have been cleaned over the years, but never really looked that good. Everything I’ve heard about Zerorez has been wonderful, so we gave you a try. Our carpets literally look nearly new!! Never, ever, have they looked so good, and at such an incredible price. We are fans for life!
