No chemicals they use very hot water. And once cleaned the spots do not reappear and the carpet is not crusty. The technician that cleaned our house was one of the best we have had

I appreciated the confirmation/follow up call and email to discuss details of our request. The guys arrived on the early end of our time range- amazing! Michael and Keegan were very friendly and professional. They walked through the house with us and discussed what would need extra attention. They listened to our questions and had knowledgeable answers. They did an amazing job! Our carpets are beautiful- and trust me they were in bad shape. To top it off, the price was the same as the initial quote! So great! I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Your competition is set for the kill as competition, Your use green products and PH balanced water. It really works. No more high pressure up-selling and surprise bills. Big fan of myself and my wife. The best score for your competition by a Colorado Native would be 3 at best. As a top franchise expert, I'd get the social media campaign ramped up and put the competition out of business. It business, when they fleece every customer, it should be one solid campaign away from number one Market Share. We'll use you every time we need carpets cleaned and might consider very expensive rugs? I declined to have them cleaned as the cost/ability to replace is risky. Go for it!
