What a great experience! Coltin explained everything, pointed out issues that he could help with and identified where he might not be able to get the entire stain out (ink) -- upfront and honest -- and he worked quickly. The carpet looks lovely and feels wonderful, and my area rug looks like new.

When you use Zerorez the rugs are cleaned very well and the length of time for drying is much less than other rug cleaners. I also think the rugs remain cleaner for a longer time . We are very happy with zerorez.
