Both were efficient, caring, protective of everything and just mannerly. I would not use anyone else. I just felt SAFE having them in my home, which is RARE in today's world. Employees are friendly, not pushy, and do a great job. I am impressed how Zerorez employees protect your furniture and corners of your walls. Even ester that got on the tile floor was wiped off before he left.
