The cleaning crew was excellent. Very helpful in doing a walk through and focusing on stains I pointed out. Informed me of other products, but were not pushy when I declined. Worked fast (cleaned the whole basement in about an hour. Good communication on when they were going to be there. Really thorough cleaning of our most used couch (looks brand new)! The 3 rooms for $99 deal makes it an affordable way to maintain our carpets with 2 small kids while still getting excellent service.
I was so impressed with Cecil and his new trainee Jacob.....they were polite, considerate and precise about prices and what they were going to do.......I love the work they did and would definitely use them again.
