Our technician, Carlos Cabollero, was prompt, thorough, careful and respectful of everything in our home. He carefully reviewed what I wanted done, explained the charges and provided the service in a timely organized fashion. I’m so impressed with his work that I will be asking specifically for him on future cleaning projects. Our carpets have been cleaned by other companies in the past but he was able to remove traffic patterns the others could not. Great job!,

The technician did a very thorough job with treating and cleaning the carpet, cleaning the upholstery items and area rugs. Alex had a pleasant demeanor and worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the process and results.
A suggestion will be to recommend different attachments for the upholstery cleaning. The corners of the dining chairs were pretty difficult to reach with the single attachment used for the cleaning. Not all of the stains were removed from the kitchen dining chairs, so perhaps consider a different product to include for more stubborn stains.
Overall we are pleased with Zerorez and will definitely use their services again. The total price for this cleaning was more than expected and more than the average company, but Zerorez services are above average.

The staff who booked the appointment and who completed the service were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They took care in the work they did.
