The young man who cleaned my carpets was very nice, explained the process and did a great job! I had several pet stains and my stairs were pretty dirty. He spent a lot of time, got all the stains out and the stairs now look great! The carpet dried fast and isn’t crunchy.

No chemicals

usually appreciate the level of clean. this last trip though left the top of my stair completely wet, as if the suction tool wasn't used at all there. After putting a fan on it, it is finally dry two days later. there was also a gray dirt mark left in that area that wasn't there before.

Conversely, the worst area was cleaned very well...

I liked the thoroughness of the team, explanation of the services, care taken to be neat and clean. It was great that they were able to get some long term stains out but the only downfall is that they weren’t able to get a wool area rug with a large stain clean.

A follow-up visit was needed to bring resolution to a pesky carpet stain problem. ZeroRes responded and Gunther the service technician demonstrated his skills to fix the problem.
