The technician was so thorough and went the extra mile to get some tough stains out. He waited for additional equipment to work on the high traffic areas in one room.

I was impressed with how my disssatisfaction with the original cleaning was handled by your company. I had my rental house cleaned, and the results were not what I had expected. When I called to complain I was astounded and pleased with your timley response and efforts to make it right.I would like to point out that the original gentlemen that initially cleaned the cerpet did a fine job, but the house was a challenge to say the least. Toby then took over and used the "Brush Pro" system to finally remove a very stubborn stain. Later we had some lingering pet odor that the new tennant had comlained about and your company stepped up to the plate and resolved that issue as well, again with Toby's help. A gentleman named Rolando came and flooded the areas in question at no charge to me. I have already told everyone I know how fantastic your firm is and I will always call upon you for my future needs.

I liked the way the house smelled after the cleaning. There was not the heavy dampness in the air like I have had need the past with carpet cleaning.

After he and the other technician were finished, he did an excellent job explaining athe final product and things that we could do to help with traffic patterns. No other carpet cleaners have ever spent this amount of time. Very impressed!

Ryan, our Technician was so knowledgable about Zerorez and explained why its water and method using the system made it far superior to others. All he said was true! Our four year old carpets with some very difficult areas of concern were brought back to looking new! Ryan and Tim were punctual, thorough and very professional. The technicians were prompt, friendly, courteous and thorough. They explained exactly what they were going to do, offered other options to help in specific areas without being 'pushy', and did exactly what they said they would do - and in fact actually did a bit more than expected.

They did not promise more than they could deliver and did not build up our expectations, rather they explained why we might not see exactly what we thought we would see in the results. The results, nonetheless, were outstanding and we are completely satisfied - and impressed - with the work, the technicians, and the results.
