This is what I do NOT like!! Your tech said I would recieve a $25.00 coupon via email that I could use on your next visit to clean my carpets. The coupon says it is for new customers. What gives??

How the carpet feels after the cleaning. Feels brand new.
The carpet looks like new, and this cleaning was just after we finished remodeling two bathrooms. We had dust permeating the entire house! Now it feels so fresh and clean. Ricky Brown did an excellent job, and he began by listening to my concerns. He addressed each one successfully, and we're very pleased! Our thanks to Ricky. The whole concept of not using chemicals or soap just makes sense. Your ads are great, customer service excellent, and it's obvious you really care about customer satisfaction.
I have already mentioned to Jenny that some of my carpet is still as dirty looking as before, so we are talking about having that part redone.
