The technician went above and beyond. He did a great job on the areas we'd contracted for, and even did the doorway going into a room which we hadn't contracted for, since that room's carpet is hopeless (the doorway looks great now though!) He was very professional and courteous. The carpet looks great now; hopefully it will continue to look good after a few weeks, and no spots will come back.
