I like the water you use without soap and how quickly everything dries. The first time you came out there were absolutely no spots whatsoever, which was really impressive. This last time, there is a spot that has remained, so I'll need you to come back out and hit that spot again.

Disappointed that the area rug that was cleaned got a warp in one area.
I am very pleased with how clean my carpets are following treatment by Zerorez. They have never looked better after a cleaning, and I love the fact that they are soft after drying -not crunchy like other cleaning systems have left them in the past.
The Zerorez Technician also stretched the carpets in several rooms of my home. Again, they look great and I'm so glad that the old wrinkles/ripples are long gone!
