I just realized though that I was over charged. When I called and set up the appointment there was a deal going on for 3 rooms for $99.95. That's what I signed up for. I was charged $119.95. Besides being overcharged, it was a good experience.

I have already recommended Zerorez to several folks. Your service was on-time, thorough and efficient. My house cleaners even remarked about how the carpet was cleaned to the baseboards (they've seen others who First name removed't to a complete job). My only regret is that I did not call you sooner. The carpets in my house look great.

The thing I liked best about the carpet,besides being so clean, was the softness and lack of smell when it was dry.
We had used Stanley Steemer for about 7-8 years. About 1 1/2 years ago with two toddlers, after Stanley Steemer left & the carpet dried we still had the same spots on our carpets. My mother-in-law recommended Zerorez when I told her how dissatisfied I was. We called Zerorez and those tough spots were gone! We have used Zerorez 2-3 times and I am amazed how truely clean our carpets are!
