Rolando, the service tech was very nice and let me know what he was doing and how it was done. He answered any questions I had. The carpet looks good, I like the combing after the cleaning. The carpet dried in the time he told me it would. Overall very satisfied.

Gerry was very informative and helpful, and did not try to "oversell" me on services once he arrived. I liked that the bill was actually less than the estimate! That never happens! The carpets look great and they were a mess! I also appreciated David telling me to give up on the area rug and not waste any more money on it. That is the way to assure repeat customers for sure!
