Everything was good.. I did have to have the tech come back and do the room a second time. I felt it was because he didn't try and go over the carpet as much as he should have the first time. We've had you clean our home two time and a rental house once, and both of the other times everything was great. Depends on how hard the tech wants to work I guess!

The serviceman was very pleasant. He didn't try to sell more when he got here. Carpet looks really good. It took longer than 6 hours to dry, but did dry overnight.

The floors were not cleaned by the previous tenants as required by the lease; therefore I had to have them cleaned prior to move-in. Danny from Zerorez did a fantastic job and the house looks like a different place. Can't say enough about how impressed I am with the job that was done. Thanks Zerorez!

PRODUCT: No chemicals leaving stiff carpet. Carpet stays cleaner longer. When special treatments are necessary, I'm always given the option to use stain removers. (And they work!!)
SERVICE: Every single tech I've worked with at Zerorez has an amazing work ethic and somehow manages to be friendly at the same time. I never feel rushed, but the job is always done so efficiently! Most important factor: the Techs LISTEN well. I have never had any "Commincation Issue" with Zerorez people. Ever.
