The main thing is the lack of residue left behind by your process. I've used traditional steam cleaning companies in the past, and it's just like your ads say - they leave a residue that's like a dirt magnet, and the carpet looks as bad or worse in a matter of weeks.

Fast and efficient. Great customer service. When I asked about my upholstery being done, I was given a quote and declined because I felt it was a bit too pricey for my budget. Never once, did I feel as though I was being "pushed" into a service I did not want. Your tech was very upfront and I appreciated that. My carpets look great. A stain I thought would never come out, is now completely non-existent. I will be using zerorez in the future.
