This is the second and final time I will respond to this survey request for our second, most recent, and positive experience with Zerorez on 10/15. I responded previously but would imagine since I continue to receive requests for feedback that something went awry and you didn't receive it.

We are deeply appreciative of the follow-through of Zerorex, and again, Dominick was a terrific technician. The combination of pile lifting and cleaning (which we did not expect, but was very thoughtful) much more thoroughly cleaned the carpets in our new house than the first cleaning. Thanks to Dave for his follow-through, thanks to Zerorez for your non-chemical-based cleaning process that works for our very environmentally sensitive daughter, and thanks for your company's commitment to quality.

We will use Zerorez happily in future and encourage our friends and family to do so, as well. Thank you.

Your guy showed up on time and worked pretty hard getting my carpet clean. He stayed at each area long enough to make it was clean before he moved on to the next area. He was very friendly and easy going which made the experience great.

I really like the away my carpet looks and feels to the touch! It seems to stay cleaner longer! One small suggestion, though. It would be helpful if the techs would arrive towards the beginning of an appointment window. I had the 8a-10a window, and it was 9:30 before they arrived. Thus, making them on the later side for the next appointment, and so on.

I thought the technician was very polite and respectful. He apologized for running late for my appointment. I appreciated the phone call letting me know the service man would be late and I would receive a discount. He worked hard and quickly. The carpet looks, smells and feels very nice. My technician, Wynton, was on time, polite and very informative with questions I had. He did a great job cleaning our carpet. I am particularly pleased with the stairs - I don't think they've ever gotten as clean from other cleaning services as they are from zerorez.
