The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He went to each of the stains for which I had concern and was able to eradicate each one of them with proper care. I like the fact that there is no residue that attracts future soiling. Ryan did an excellent job!

We believe in the service ZeroRez provides. Our main concern was pet odor & the issue was identified & treated. There was one problem spot & the service manager was committed to solving the issue; our tech came back out & re-treated the spot, now it is clean. You are more knowledgable & better at customer service than any in-home service we've used.

Zerorez was amazing! Rolando was prompt and explained every service and fee that would be and could be included plus he was super fast! What fun it was to watch our filthy carpets be restored before our very eyes! I will be calling you back every year at least once a year, maybe more!
