Results our carpets look clean and new.This our second time using your company and have been 100% satisfied both times.
Our carpets look fantastic. He got out stains that I did not think would come out. My house feels so much cleaner since the carpets are clean.

As with all new things I always approach them with some reserve. This reserve eased some upon the arrival of your crew when they showed a professional but friendly manor. They got right to work and explained what steps they would take and the potential results and even whenthey might have a result not quite as good as they wanted. This again eased my reserve since I also had thought that there could be some short comings. However I am now completely happy since all turned out with excellent results. I feel that my wife will be very happy when she gets back from her fun trip and sees the carpet, I plan to have some fun with her and just prior to getting to our house will say somthing like " oh honey I need to tell you that we had a couple of guys get in to the house and they took a lot of stuff out" and when she goes inside I'll let her look then indicate she should look at her carpets to see all the dirt is gone. Of course I will get hit about that time or no home made biscuits for breakfast the next morning. Tell the guys I enjoyed them and all the spots are still gone.

The agent who came was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He took the time to explain the process to me. My carpets look very clean and feel so good under my feet. i had some tough stains that I was concerned would not come out but they sure did and without all those soapy chemicals. This is my first time using Zerorez and I plan to use them again.
It did the job as advertised. It's ashamed to say, but that is not always the case anymore The tech was very good at what he did. He explained about the process and did a great job. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.
It doesn't take long to dry, and there is no chemical smell. Also, Marcus was very thorough in the cleaning and did a great job!

Not particularly excited with the way the ceramic tile looked. Also the stain on the chair came back after he left. Carpet looked nice.
System that you use to clean could be a little better.
Mike, the tech, is very nice and remembers his customers. The service is great and i can always count on my carpet looking like brand new.

The two men who came out were very professional and did a great job. My only complaint was that after they left there was a large amount of grease on the street right in front of my driveway where their truck was parked. There were even several blobs of grease, like axle grease that I had to clean up.
Zerorez leaves no soap or chemicals in the carpet and the drying time is minimal and without exception, the carpet looks great after being cleaned.
