The courteous people cleaning my carpet and the revived look of my carpet after they've cleaned it.

First time user. Representative I spoke to was friendly, courteous. Appointment time and follow-ups on time of arrival were provided punctually. Quality of carpet/tile cleaning appears at this point to be very good.

Now I have had a couple of experiences recently where the techs used both machines and they did an excellent job, I will spread the word on how good you are. The tech was awesome he took his job seriously and has a great work ethic!!! I would like him each time if I could.

Great service and technology. Staff very professional. The only issue I had was the fact I had requested the service to be done after we close at 9pm, yet the service team arrived around 10am that morning! We allowed them to do their job since we happened to have a studio without any clients during that time. So no problem, but it could easily have been an issue.

First trip out your service rep made stains worse. Another person came and mostly corrected problem. The are 3ots that need another treatment and no one has called me back since I last called. I would like another visit to try to get these out. Also, I did not get the 20 percent discount I was entitled to, I have. Always been pleased with your service so I hope you will back up what you advertise

I loved how clean my carpets came out. They are about 15 years old but look practically new now.

No chemicals so safe for our home

Your advertising is very incomplete and misleading. Minimums apply - why not state the minimum of four rooms instead of playing this game with the fine print and having to ask.
It would be much more honest to just advertise it as four rooms minimum. With company practices this deceiving I'm not sure people will recommend you to a friend or use you again.
I had to speak with three different people in the company before I received more than an argument. It seems like every little thing is not included and an extra charge is applied.
After arguing with management and getting my blood pressure up I will not use you again or recommend you to anyone else. As a matter of fact, I will tell them what I had to go through. So much for customer service.

The service is very expensive but cheaper than getting new carpeting. I will have to see how long it lasts and then can make a decision about the cost effectiveness of it. I have a lot of area rugs that need periodic cleaning. I like the fact that there is no lasting chemical residue to attract dirt once again. time will tell.

Jaime was very professional he arrived on time, actually early, explained everything before he started and answered all of my questions. The only complaint I have about the product used, not the technician, was that we still have a strong pet urine smell in our room. We paid extra for the service for pets. Jaime did do it & he explained that it's chemical free, I remember correctly, but it did not work for us. Removing the pet urine odor was out primary reason for having the carpet cleaned.

I have used Zerorez several times, I was very disappointed this time. I called with the Jody Dean special which was to received 20% off my bill, a $50 steak house certificate and 100 square feet of tile done. I had to call the office to get the 20% off, and they would then schedule the 10x10 tile done. Never did see the steak house certificate. I fell like this was false adverstering.
