How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpet was cleaned on Thursday, by Friday you could see dirt spots throughout the house. I'm a returning customer and I've always been satisfied with your service; not this time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The first go was unsatisfying. Everything looked clean then spots came back the next day. Had to have another clean done by another rep of zerorez and he explained what went wrong and why it happened and a day later it looked great. The second guy was way more experienced. I hope all can get on the same level. I would recommend you if I knew service was great Every time. Thanks for sending out the second time. It was really great.

The carpets and tile look wonderful. The technician was polite and respectful. He offered suggestions to boost your bottom line, which was a little offsetting at first. But again, he was very professional.

What could we do to improve?

I was told the carpeting would be dry in four to six hours. Eleven hours later the carpeting was still damp so I couldn't move any furniture back until the next day.

the customer service man (CS) knew his service and products. CS man walked the job, made an estimate of cost (9 furniture items, 1 area rug, and 2 bedroom rugs), called for latest cost savers then applied to our house. 1 area rug at front throne in free. Was billed for the rug at first and a credit was issued. Furniture takes time to clean and dry. Worked from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Whatever the tool is that has the two blue rolling brushes is amazing! All the difference in the world!

I liked the entire service. The appointment was easy to make. The technician showed as scheduled and did a fantastic job on my carpets. I just can't say enough about your business. I first heard about Zerorez from a commercial on KLTY and the ad was right on the money. I really love the job you do and I am planning to call you again when I need my carpets cleaned.

Miguel made me feel like a VIP with his complete attention on my needs at the time. Very sensitive to the situation while exibiting great pride in his work and Zerorez as a company. He shared available services for future reference based on what would be valuable to me without being pushy at all. I will use Zerorez again and will ask for Miguel. I am extremely happy with the service attitude and the results!
