Make sure times are clearly communicated to customers

My tech was great and he worked to get me a good price, but I did not appreciate a $10 gas fee. I was not told about that when I called or when he was giving me a price.

The service was great and the employees helpful and curteous.

The last tech you sent out was amazing. He went over and beyond the call of duty. I like the way he took extra care in making sure the carpet was clean as it could be.

My carpets were cleaned so well and even a set in pet stain came up with no extra cleaning needed. Plus your service rep was so friendly and explained things so well. Will definitely use Zerorez again!

I have a few new spots on my carpet that were not there prior to the carpet cleaning. Also, there were white residue spots and sticky film left all over my hardwood floors from where the hoses were laying. It took me over 3 hours to clean the floors and remove all of the spots and residue. Additionally, I had someone come out and give me a estimate and look at everything, the same technician did not come back (as he said he would be doing the job), so I had to go over everything again with the new technician and not all of the previous notes where in my paperwork.

Professional staff, carpets dry quickly, and services were good.

The products and service was great....I just found the pet treatment extremely expensive and doubled the price.

Have each truck be consistent in the solutions and equipment they carry. I was very disappointed the grout cleaner that was used during my first use of Zerorez was not available on the truck that arrived for this visit. The reason I chose to use your company for service again was because I was highly satisfied before. The purpose of this visit was to get my tile cleaned. Ended up getting my carpets cleaned and 100square feet of tile. I wasn't about to pay an additional $200 to have the rest of my tile cleaned, without having the viper product used. The person didn't use the big steam cleaner either. Used a Little machine that he used on his hands and knees. Also left a clean (steam) circle mark on my floor. Not satisfied.

I was not advised that there was a minimum amount required for the cleaning of my office which is very small. Also, the technician was never told about my scheduled appointment. They were aware of my house appointment but not my office. Thus, my house did not receive service and I was forced to reschedule which I do not believe I am going to move forward with.

The service technician, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Best technician from Zerorez that we've ever had.

Zerorez has cleaned our carpet 3 times and it always looks like brand new when the cleaning is done. Cannot fathom using any other service.

Technician seemed to have an attitude that he was an expert and we did not know what we were talking about. The situation was/is a large coke spilled on our carpet. This has happened several times in the past and Zerorez cleaned our carpets only for the stains to return. Last time this happened I called and complained and you sent another technician who used some type of suction machine that took the stains out permanently. When I called to set up the most recent appointment I told the person taking my order what we needed, that we didn't want just the regular cleaning person. However, that's exactly what they sent. It appears the stain is gone, which it always does at first, but when it returns I will be calling for the suction machine to remove the stain.

Carpet did not get clean enough at all as previous past cleaning with other cleaning companies.This was very disappointing.

I expected the carpets to be cleaner for the amount of money I spent. The tech was more concerned about trying to sell me additional products. I purchased the additional cleaners and feel like they did nothing. I understand that techs do make commissions on the products so I know why the products were pushed.

The engineer that was sent out, Chris, was very helpful, answered all my questions and concerns as well as made sure I had the opportunity to review the job that was done and confirm if I was satisfied. He was the main reason why I appreciate the service and would recommend it in case someone is fortunate to receive him for help.

There is no residue when I use Zerorez on my carpets. All representatives that have serviced my house has always been courteous, honest and very professional.
