I have used your services in the past and just recently on the 25th of August -
generally I rate you at a 10 but this time I am not as pleased - before the technician
left my home he mentioned that there was this "little" spot that remained -
well, there is a "little spot" that is about 6" in diameter - I don't consider that "little'
on a white carpet - I feel that should be corrected and hope to hear from you
regarding this matter

also, I have not been able to enter the score of 7 for your services

We found Zero Rez in Atlanta at least 20 years ago. We are using you in California now and wouldn’t have it any other way. The carpets always come out looking fresh and new even though I’m sure we’re going to have to replace them until you guys get here and work your magic. The technician was very thoughtful and worked extremely hard. He answered any questions that we had. I am giving him an A+.

My carpets look terrific after the technician left. The technician noted my areas of concern and worked to remove the dirt. I was especially concerned about typical traffic patterns. Now the carpet looks new.

No crunchy sound of soap residue when we walked on the carpets later.

My carpets smelt amazing and looked refreshed. The carpet technician was very friendly and informative, he explained how the process works. I will definitely use them again and refer to my friends and family.

Excellent service, quick appointment availability. My carpet looks fantastic. Ed was wonderful; careful of our furniture and did an excellent job, especially because we had some pretty bad spots! Love that there is no residue. Other companies have cleaned, but the carpet felt stiff, now I know why. Residue! None here.

The technician called me when he was on his way. He cleaned my 4 area rugs in 1.5 hours. and worked on my pet spots.

Service was quick and clean.

I am very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning by Zerorez on Saturday, Aug. 13. The technician was very efficient in checking the condition of the carpet and treating the problem areas. The dirt and soap residue (from the previous company) was astounding and gross! Every room looks clean and well-cared for. I think the ad mentioning the water that is used and that no chemicals are used is very good to know. Thanks to Zerorez. I have already shown the excellent results to two neighbors who sew the truck.

Your service person was very professional. I hope his name is on my receipt because I did not write it down. Please put his name in my files. I would like to request him from now on as long as he is still working with you. I had my house clean just a week ago. I told the person who took the order about potential pet problems. The cleaned and did nothing about the pet stains. As a result, it cost me more time and more money. I would also like to know if the smell is still there, can we get another try. I was under the impression the deep clean should have taken way the smell. The issue is only in one room. My number is Phone number removed. I may have given a cell phone for my order.
